Hey boys and girls,

As of tonight, I finished and passed my MSF class (Tulsa, OK). It was a great experience. I had never ridden before, and I had a blast. Now I'm trying to talk my parents into letting me buy a Ninja 250.

I've been hanging around here for awhile, but just now posted. Seems like a great site and source of info.

Welcome & Congratulations!

I am taking the MSF a week from Friday and am really looking forward to it.

Enjoy and be safe out there.

Sounds like you're off to a good start, Basic Rider Course and a good beginner bike. Add in good gear and you've got the trifecta.

A BIG congratulations! I'm sure you'll be able to get your parents to let you get a Ninja 250R. You've already proved to them you're a responsible rider by passing the MSF course and the 250R is a great starter bike to boot!

Welcome to the community!

Just watch out for deer on the road. They're a bugger, especially at night.
Good to see another Oklahoman here.

Hi and welcome! Congrats on passing the course! Sounds like you are thinking of a great first bike. You almost can't beat a Ninja 250 for a starter bike these days. Try looking for a used one to help save money.
