my first bike

I am buying my first ride. I have narrowed my choices down to three -

honda rebel

yamaha virago

buell blast

secondly;

iam 6ft 2 and 230lbls

will these bikes be too small

Smart choices but, you're just going to have to head out to the dealerships and try them on for size. We can't say what's going to fit you right.

Be sure to look into a safety course and good equipment. It's always a good idea to put the cost of those into your figures when you think about the finances involved in your purchase.

I ride a much, much smaller bike than any of them, I'm taller than you and I'm fine

Because the ergonomics on the bike work for me.

The ergonomics on a bike have a fairly limited range and something that fits me may not fit you so the most useful advice anyone can give you at this pooint is go sit on a bunch of the bikes you are interested in and see which ones feel comfortable.
