Well I had my first ride today. Loved IT!

I have a 1982 Honda cm450 c.

Couple things im wondering, When shifting should I let the throttle all out then pull in clutch or should I just pull in the clutch and then just let it out.
Or should i leave the gas in while I pull in clutch and shift.

Roll off the throttle AS you are pulling in the clutch

It should be a smooth transition.

Then as you get good it's

Clutch Throttle Shift Throttle Clutch
all at once.
