Current ride is a 25 year old maxim 1100. Ole bike for an ole biker.
Ok I am 55 yrs old married to a gal that rides another maxium (xs400) I ride an 1100. I starting riding and working on motorcycles when I was 13. I used to ride in competition (Endro and trials). I have owned many makes but I got thinking the other day I have never had a BMW ( almost bought one in 76 but the bank wasn't cooperating). I have ridden most places in Canada and the US. Used to pull a monster tent trailer (slept 4 and had a kitchen) nowadays I ride as much as I can but not as far as I once did. The maxim is not a touring bike so I am good for about six or so hours in the saddle. Makes me feel good to ride and maintain 25 yr old bikes. Can't think of much else thats MC related.
