I placed an order for some antifog from their website only about 5 or 6 days ago. its really not that long but i get an email confirming my order but nothing else. no order #, etc. i have tried contacting them via email with no luck. whenever i call their 800 or local # i get someone's voice mail from the company and leave them a message. they are located in utah but im pretty sure i have covered the time zone(have called at many different times) differerence if there is one since im in new york.
anyone have experience with them?

Sounds like they have some very poor customer service!!! !!!

I hope you used a credit card so if the product does not show up you can have the credit card company back charge/refund your purchase.

I myself have not bought from them and I hope it works out for you.

yeah i did use my credit card just incase and currently they still havent even charged the 12 dollars i spent on their product. nice support.
