shadow VT600 plus coolant

Hi, as a new biker, how do I check the coolant on my Shadow vt600, and how often shouldit be done. I have a service manual ordered. Thanks

I used to own one. You should be able to see the coolant overflow tank on the right side of the bike towards the very bottom. Draw an invisible line straight down from the seat.

WHILE YOUR CHECKING THE COOLANT LEVEL CHECK THE HOSE ON BOTH ENDS, AT THE CAP AND AT THE TANK, IF THEIR CRACKED THE SYSTEM WON'T WORK PROPERLY AND IT WILL SPIT COOLANT OUT.
