Newbie asking difficult question - Plz help

Hello All
I live in India where there the top end bikes are Royal Enfield and little of RD350 are still available as used bikes here and there with no common man bikes.

We still use 100CC!!! (I mean it) 4 stroke 7 BHP engines clocking little over 80 Kmph with a mileage of 80 Kmpl which is 264 mpg!!!!

My aim is to build a custom bike using either Enfield's or RD350's engine and gearbox.
My question is...
a. Where can I obtain information on building a custom bike?
b. I'm specifically looking for technical information like, building and designing chassis, seat, gas tank, wheels etc etc
c. How should these match to the engine and keep the bike balanced.

I would appreciate if someone could help me on this regard.

Great website here for choppers, but you could easily apply many of the concepts into any custom. Has tons of great information.
