there are too many bandwagoners to count over in these parts! No one cared about the Rockies last year....but now I spot Rockies flags attached to cars, women wearing rockies apparel, men wearing rockies caps, bumper stickers, and everything else is turning purple and black.
It's very annoying actually.
I could care less about the Rockies, but it will be exciting to finally win a world series.
And the Red Sox suck.

There was one team at mid season I thought had a chance to go far, that was colorado. I bought the mlb package and started watching the games during the week and i got hooked on CO for some reason, there hitting was amazing and helton, holliday, and hawpe (THE triple "H's") were on my fantasy team and they did awesome, so I started watching them on mlb.com daily. Matsui was killing it at short and the pitching was good to become greater later on in the season. When it came half way, Colorado was the one team I thought would have a chance to go the distance, this team is not a "fluke" team, they are very good. Don't get me wrong, Boston is very talented but they better watch their back in the WCS, because the men in purple and black aren't stopping for anyone!!

I predict it will be 2023 before that happens, cause it certainly won't be this year.

There will always be bandwagon fans for all sports. You may as well get used to it.
I could care less who wins but I would like to see the Rockies win since they never won before.

The Rockies are running into a buzz saw, that's all I'm saying. The Sox are a comeback team. They just proved it. And until the last game of the series is over and done with, you can't count them out. I don't care how many games your team has won, I don't care that they swept the phillies and the diamondbacks (both of them suck anyway), and are considered to be that damn good. The 2007 Red Sox are going to be the toughest team the Rockies will EVER face.
And you only say the Red Sox suck because they have the best record in baseball. Sorry, you're getting it wrong, Denver: YANKEES SUCK.
I'm stuck in NY. Middle of Yankees territory. Wearing a Red Sox hat everyday. Do I get nasty looks? Yep. But it's amazing when you see another Sox fan in the bar or on the street. The members of Red Sox Nation are unlike any other group of fans in the world.
The Rockies, regardless of how they beat the Sox earlier in the year, are forgetting one major thing: This is the postseason. The regular rules don't apply.

I know how that feels. I'm wearing my Sox jersey in a NY office full of Yankees fans as we speak.
They're not impressed

well, Boston has a better team then the yanks yes and we went up to Boston for 4th of July for the Navy and I'm a Yanks fan, but Boston was the best place I've been to in the US so far and Fenway Park is amazing! GO ROCKIES
