Hey all. I can’t stand it when I am trying to top off my gas tank and gas just ends up spilling everywhere. Does anyone know of a good solution for this? How do I fill up my tank with out making a huge mess?

Have you tried not getting that last ounce or two in there and leaving more room at the top of the tank? No need to fill to the absolute brim.

Just stick the nozzle in the tank a few inches and watch it fill. Stop it before it overflows.

if you just have to get that last little bit in there... i remember there being a thread where a guy had made something that would go on the end of a nozzle and would keep you from overflowing.
i'll admit that i've had some overflow issues. now, i just realize that i can't top it off and that works for me.

When you repaint Remember gas does not effect emaron.

Deans talking about the
McCuff.
I just watch it while it's filling and don't overfill. Also remember that gas expands when it heats up so if your filling your tank, and then parking in the sun instead of riding 50 or 100 miles, your tank might overflow.

I have never seen a solution try to find a problem as much as that product.
