DR650 or KLR 650? Is there a lowering kit available for either bike? I would like a light, rugged bike for mostly commuting to work. I might hit the odd dirt road here and there, but the bike will get mostly street work. Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!

Lowering kits are available that will drop the rear end by up to 3". You lose a bit of your suspension travel, as well as some of the carrying capacity of the bike when you do this though.RC Fan wrote:The '08 is a nice looking bike. I think I can live with both of those things. Thanks for the info!Gadjet wrote:Lowering kits are available that will drop the rear end by up to 3". You lose a bit of your suspension travel, as well as some of the carrying capacity of the bike when you do this though.
