I'd say judging from your location, you best be very very careful........could well be an escaped axe murder with a leather fetish following you.

It looks like your following him, or riding to the left and a little behind.

funny thing....sometimes he would be on the right, then the left....sometime just in front of me, and even in back of me......I think he is riding a future scoot we have not seen yet.....because his movements are so fluid!

I have news of this guy ¡ 
He was follow me a few bloks this evening, but when I parked in the garage, I looked for him, but he disappeared.
Maybe he`s taking vacations in Baja Sur.....
If I see him again, I will tell you.....

i love that guy if you watch him long enough he might even wave at you i saw it myself once just keep watching!!! bad news though he never chips in gas
