I`ve got a new bike with "Warning Stickers" stuck all over the paint.
Can I get them off without screwing-up the paint job?

Well, if it's on the paint (not the frame) I'd imagine that the stickers were made with that in mind, and could quite possibly just pull off, given a little tug.

The 'sticker' on my windshield pulled off without the slightest effort- All I had to do was peel up a corner.

As long as the sticker has no clear coat over it you can remove by pouring over hot water or carefully use hair dryer to soften glue. This will allow the sticker and glue to be removed all at once. If you don't get it warm enough and glue is left over, then you can buy a product called Goo Gone and this will remove any remaining adhesive.
