no spark at plug

HELP!!!!!!!! ive just bought a yamaha enticer, 2005 model as a small project but i cannot get the damn thing to spark i can get a pulse from the flywheel sensor and the coil ht lead and plug are fine (ran them on there own little circet across the battery) but the cdi box doesnt seem to cut the surply to the coil hense no spark. i have bought a new one but i cannot get a wiring diagram or manuel any were
