How many of you would ride "dog" to your wife/SO? How many of you ladies have taken your hubby for a ride?

Never heard it put quite that way before, but if it was necessary, sure...
With that said, I have my own bike and no wife or SO...

I have no problems being a passenger in a car, why should I have one on a motorcycle?

Aside from the woman not having a bike, that is.

Still, I appear to be part of a small portion of riders who don't mind being passenger. I had the chance to ride on the back of a Goldwing for a bit and boy howdy was that a nice ride.

Is it called "dog" cause "doggy style" or "dog" referring to ""dog"*?

dog as in bIZitch minus the IZ

and man.. if she was a competent rider it would be very fun to drive around the block or something. However usually the girl is on my back if I do let her on.

I think one of my wife's secret fantasies is for us to be out riding, for my bike to break down, and for me to have no choice but to "ride behind" with her to get home.

Ain't happening.

I've never had to take my husband on the back of my bike, but only because it hasn't been a necessity. We have our own rides, so that's how we ride. If there was a need to take him on the back, then I would, and I know he wouldn't care about it at all.

I have some curiosity with someone, a new member, coming here without so much as an introduction about themselves, with a question that could surely stir up some muck. Are you genuinely wanting to be a member of these forums, or are you just looking to start some sort of in-fight?

Cheers,
Loonette

I truly hope you're not far from home when it happens. Walking any distance by yourself can be a dogs...
