That New Spring Ride!

So while my Bike Day is still pretty far away (Sometime in May) I wanted to see if anyone else was having a similar experience. Money tucked away, maybe even a down payment on a bike that they are getting this coming spring, or maybe even sooner!

How about it, anyone else out there have that special day marked on the calendar?

That day came and went almost 2 weeks ago...

Got myself a Royal Star Venture.

wow that's a beautiful bike. I love the headlight it looks really sexy. Kind of reminds me of that new suzuki but a lot fuller.

I got my money in my pocket, just waiting to find the right deal.
Hopefully a nice little trail bike will pop up on craigslist soon.

My buying date is a little further away, back in the UK after August.

I'm all over the place. It depends on where I get work, and how safe it is to park it there.

Versys?

old CBR?

something with a fairing I think.

I just finished up the details on an '07 SV650 last week and will be picking it up from the dealer April 1 (or a bit sooner :D ) The wait is killing me, but Minnesota weather doesn't agree with my current view of when the riding season should start.

I'm with Fire Guzzi... I have my money ready, just waiting now. I really want to get a Triumph, but I can't turn down a great deal if it comes my way... We'll see what happens, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Personally I had the money tucked away until a good deal came passing through. That happened almost two weeks ago when my wife bought me a V-Star 650. It is nice but Colorado weather and my long hours on the job don't quite mesh with riding right now.

I'm in the same situation my Bike isn't coming in until May and I really want it right now! But it's pretty damn cold out so it doesn't make much sense :)
