My turn signal lights will light up but they will not flash. I replaced the Flasher unit thinking it was that but no differance. what else could it be? Also the Horn works but is very faint like its blown out. is that what it is or is it also in the electrical? all lights work just no flash on the turn signals.

I suspect a ground fault or dirty and/or corroded connections.
