Mesh? forgive me but I am not familiar with those, are they protective jackets? It was 89 here today and I was baking in my leather jacketLoonette wrote:It's so nice to wear just the mesh, isn't it?
Leather will outperform mesh (a textile based gear with higher airflow), but mesh is often a more comfortable solution. If you can afford leather, and it doesn't bother you, that's the best way to go.allawybiker wrote:Mesh? forgive me but I am not familiar with those, are they protective jackets? I wear FirstGear armored fabric overpants and they are hot too...
Telesque, I do have leather (FirstGear) but I was wondering what and how good mesh is; I just find that even though my leather jacket has plenty of vents it is still hot in a 80+ weather, especially at stop lightsTelesque wrote:Leather will outperform mesh (a textile based gear with higher airflow), but mesh is often a more comfortable solution. and was wondering if mesh is a good (acceptable) replacement for these really hot days.
