'84 Honda CB450sc Nighthawk Neutral light

So, pulled my bike out of hibernation to get it ready for a safety test. Upon second start, my neutral light flickered and died. All my other dash lights work, the bulb is good. Where else should I be looking?

the switch on the trans that activates that light would be the next step
