Little bounce in my GZ.

Hey guys, new here, biker of 2 weeks. I have been riding my Suzuki GZ250 out on the big roads for a week now and I'm getting comfortable. I have noticed though that it bounces a little bit between 30 and 50 mph. I'm not sure where it is coming from. My chain is a little out of adjustment, could it be bouncing around enough that i would feel it? Or is the wheel unbalanced? Thanks for your help, Albert.
