finally found MY bike!

After getting my sea legs back riding around the past 2 days on a bike I thought was too big for me(93 Nighthawk 750) i got my confidence back and now the real problems start.
Because of arthritis in my knees and hips from beating myself up in construction for 23 years and another knee problem that required surgery and a long recovery the seating position on my bike is actually pretty painful, almost like a sport bike.
so while out and about yesterday I stopped at a Honda dealer and was trying on bikes when I found it.
the VTX 1300!
it was extremely comfortable and actually felt smaller than my nighthawk.
the salesman said it was because with the VTX you sit IN the bike not ON the bike like mine.it was a leftover 07 and he said I could get it for 10k out the door if I wanted to pick it up tommorow.
my wife reacted as I assumed  :x at the thought, alas, I won't be getting the bike I like and will have to view it from afar for sometime
but hey now I have a goal.
so this year if you see a red nighthawk riding around and it looks like tears are coming out of the riders helmet thats me screaming in pain.

thanks,I've been taking shark cartilage for months and exercising but it doesn't seem to be working.
I think the only thing the shark stuff does is make the health food store guy rich

There's a leftover new 06 VTX1300 at a dealership down by me (Burlington county, south Jersey) for $8300. I saw it a couple of weeks ago when looking at dual sports. PM me and I'll send you the link to their site.

thanks anyway, but the Mrs. put the kibosh on the thought, I really can't afford it (the divorce and the bike) and I can't get one without the other.
