I'm here to read up a little bit on what I should be looking for in buying and learning to ride my first bike. Not much to say, I'm your average 30 year old guy living in northern California.

Have you ever road a bike before? The first bike I road not owned was way too much, it was a GSXR 1100. That thing kicked my butt...I was scared of it after about 5 miles. You want to get something that is suitable for you...
