whats that all about I am new to the forum and I am being called a squid? How and when does that change?? BTW hello I am from Northern CA ride a VT700. Sweet to find a womans motorcycle forum with so many enthusiasts glad I stumbled upon this site.

Welcome. That's what I like about this site, a ladies forum. Don't know how long you have to be squid though, I don't think its very long as I'm a rookie already and haven't posted much

i was noticing that too, it seems like its just based on how many posts you have made on the site. they change your ranking depending on how many you've made...some people are in the 3000's!

I think 10 posts get you off the trike. Go ahead, reply to this post a few times--say anything--and see if it works.

Well, I'm not the moderator, but the previous post stating it has to do with the number of posts you make is correct, I just don't know what those magic numbers are

I thought it was ten posts, but someone here changed to "rookie" after only five posts.
Talk about total newb: I didn't even know what a squid was, or why I was being classified as one when I first posted!
