So I ordered a Tourmaster Intake Women's Jacket and Tourmaster Women's Venture Air pants from NewEnough. Got them yesterday. Tried them on, the jacket fits well enough. It is a little tight when I have all the layers in, but, it fits fine with either just the mesh or the mesh and one other layer. The pants kind of make me look and feel like the stay puffed marshmallow man. They will fit over my jeans if it is just the mesh layer or the mesh and waterproof layer. All three layers, and I can forget the jeans (although they fit fine as just pants with all three layers). They feel a little bulky though, is this normal with all overpants? Feels like I am gearing up to go skiing. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't too long; at just over 5' I don't have any pants that aren't too long.

I totally identify with the Stay Puff situation. I bought my pants from New Enough --may actually be the same kind you have. Mine are pretty darn big. I can wear them over jeans or wear them with shorts. I'm so glad that I got a jacket that zips to them otherwise, I'd be constantly worrying that they were going to fall off. As it is, I've the got velcro super tightened around my waist and they're still a bit big. Length-wise though, they're good so I can't go any smaller.

With my high viz jacket, big ol' pants, and full face white helmet, I look like a cross between the Michelin man and a Power Ranger. . . but I'm pretty concerned about safety so it works for me.

I talked with customer service at New Enough for a while before I bought my pants and I found them very helpful with sizing. That might also be a way for you to go. And I know their return policy is outstanding.

Welcome to the wonderful world of m'cycle gear! Yes, I feel like a linebacker in full gear but I wouldn't ride any other way. And imagine how tiny and petite you'll feel when you gear down for the day!

Thanks for the responses. I do feel secure in them, and I do feel nice and small when I take them off, especially in the hip area. Hip padding is not kind to me.

Who me I'M NOT FAT....this is all gear Honey!!!Just you dont forget it. I too look like the stay puff marshmellow fellow but roasted. I think I may start my own company...proper fitting gear for woman.

But with all seriousness, I have yet to find a company that has discovered real woman have curves. I know there are a few out there that will custom make them for you for example Aerostitch (Awesome stuff) but really a grand for a suit.
