honda vt600cd

new to the forum. hi guys. got a question im looking at buying an 03 shadow vt600cd. upon looking at it i noticed a radiator on the front. everywhere ive read states this bike is liquid cooled. the owner stated that it is air cooled and the radiator is actually an oil cooler. can some one set this straight for me. im pretty sure it is a radiator and not an oil cooler.. also what do you think this bike would be worth. it is pearl blue and has saddle bags and a windshield. 1741 miles. this thing is cherry. thanks guys.

It's liquid cooled...that's definitely a radiator. If it's in decent shape, it's likely worth about $3000, a little more if bought from a dealer.
