What part of Illinois? I live about 30 minutes from St. Louis, down towards the southwestern tip. I live in between Edwardsville, Troy, Ofallon, Belleville, Shiloh, Edwardsville, Alton, and whatnot. I'm also on the borderline of 3 counties, Madison, Montgomery and Macoupin (It gets confusing).

We are paying about $5.80 a gallon here now. As of July 1 we will be paying more because our _________ (insert bad word here) premier has added a new Carbon tax to the price of fuel. He is quite possibly the most hated premier we have had due to his policies.

I think it's 3.4 cents a litre or approx. 12.87 cents per (US) gallon
