Hi Everyone.
I just found this site and it looks like a pretty friendly place.
I own a 1997 Harley FLTCI that is currently being converted into a Trike. This was done after a lot of thought as I have been riding for many years and just love to lean into the turns but a back injury has changed many things in my life including this. The main reason I am doing this conversion is so my wife is safer while riding with me. I know I could take care of myself if I went down but I could never live with myself if I dropped the bike due to my back and hurt my wife.
As for me, I am a Retired Chief Engineer. For the past 18 years I worked on Large Sea Going Tug and Oil Barge units. This type of unit is basically an Oil Tanker. We were almost 700 feet long.
I look forward to enjoying being a member here and I apologize if my first post was a little long winded.
