I just lubed my chain on my VLX 600. Is there any thing other then 90 weight to use? Maybe a spray lube? If not is there any easier way than a oil can?

There's a ton of different ways to clean and oil your chain. Web bike world has a
large roundup of lubes.

I used a chain spray that I picked up at the Honda dealer. It's easy to use--spray, move the bike a little, spray, move the bike...until the chain is done. Takes about 3 minutes.

I use this and it seems to work well.

One caution on the sprays is becareful to use cardboard or something for overspray. I hate cleaning oil etc off my rim etc...

Just returned to cycling after more than 30 years, so I have some catching up to do. I purchased a Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and was told by the dealer not to use chain oil. He mentioned instead a chain wax? I'm not familiar with this product, anyone out there had any experience with this? Thanks.
