New Yamaha Raider comes home

#1 Unread post by KeithB »

My house to dealer is 12 miles, but i took the long way home (54 miles)

Love this bike, the roll on torque without the need to shift is awesome.

It's not a rocket (traded a ZZR600) so turns have to start a tick sooner and push the bar a tiny bit harder, but it likes the twisties too.

But it handles way to good for a chopper look

Gets to 80 way to quickly.

oh almost forgot a couple quick pics, (old camera)

That is a sharp bike. I saw a blue one on the road the other day and it was pretty cool. I sat on one at last years motorcycle show. It was a bit too stretched out for me (and also too big since I am a beginner) but I really like the look of it. Good luck with the bike!!!
