Is this right? I found a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800cc that seems like a good buy. I was looking at the specs on it and the link below says that it has 70 hp. Is this more on the optimistic side? Also, how does this stack up to, say, a Shadow 750 or a Intruder 800? Also, how would this be for a first bike? The weight is the same as a Shadow 750 so I imagine it would be pretty close to the same with everything else.

PS: you're looking at the specs of a newer bike as well....
