http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_Adv ... ing_System

That should help! If there's anything else I'm starting my last three weeks of Suzuki next Monday and I can ask the instructors in there!

Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
The info I would need would be in fact an oil flow chart, or more of a technical kind of data. You see what I mean. There is a lot of info on the site, but no technical stuff to analyse.

Do you have acces to this kind of data to?

Hmmm... Well I know where a chart is but it's on the wall in the Suzuki room... Let me see if I can find one for you.

Honestly haven't really been able to find much on it. As a suggestion the Bandit 1200 used the same basic engine design as a GSXR1100 or 1000 clear up to 2007, which used the SACS system.

What do you want to know?
general information has been posted and the wikki link is OK.
It uses two oil pumps, one for lubrication and one for cooling.
The oil jet spraying onto underside of piston is still in use (by everyone)
It works well up to about 160 hp, more if your only doing short trips ( drag racing)
developed from 1930~40's piston engined aircraft engines but was first motorcycle application

The info I got is fine, but my professor read my work and asked whether I could find some more detailed (technical) info on the subject. This kind of info is generally not available on the internet though...

I am talking about technical drawings and stuff. Anyway, thanks a lot you guys!

I was able to send him the oil section of the service manual for the GSF1200, and he said that's what he needed, didn't really close out the thread, but yeah, got it taken care of.

EDIT:
Oops... Hmm, honestly I can't really find anything else on that. I know where a poster is but that's about it.
Sorry bud, wish I could help more!

I don't have a motor stripped down but I do have a spare cylinder head I could take pictures of if you still need them?
I may have picture of the oil flow paths somewhere as well.
Wasn't there a picture of SACS oil flow in old FAST notes?
Did you try Maximum Suzuki and Katriders?
