Hello from the UK :D
this is my first visit just got back into biking after 20 years away !!!!!!!!
passed all the new tests so had a good refresher course to get up to speed
and picking up my new bike in time for christmas next thursday

I always follow the rules.
The only exception to the rule occurs when I make an exception to the rule not to make an exception to the rule and that only occurs under exceptional circumstances.
