ok looking ata vf500c honda 1984 for about $700 canadian is it a good buy and what can go wrong with it and are the parts available

Those are alright as long as they were taken care of and don't have high mileage. If your not mechanically inclined have a mechanic look it over for you. Well worth the money (or beer and a burger) invested.
