Which Honda to get?

It's almost time to trade in my Honda 230. Yes its a small bike but one of the reasons I downgraded was the weight of my previous (Yamaha) bike.
It was really a heavy bike to manouver. I've been riding on and off for almost 20 years and Im about 100 pounds weight, not very strong. I want to be able to lift my bike up off the road if it should topple. Does anyone have any recommendations for a bike that would be light between 250 and 400cc?
Street or dual purpose-prefer a high seat.
Thanks!
Small Bike-Not Top Heavy

Here in the States Honda produced two Small MotorBikes for us.
Honda Nighthawk 250, Rebel 250. The Nighthawk seat is higher Than the Rebel 250. Both are fine for around town and very reliable.
I have no ideal if they were Named the same in Japan.
I would look in to it. Suzuki Has a Model here in the states called
a Boulevard S 40. The S 40 is about the size of the Nighthawk or Rebel.
The S 40 is a 650cc single cylinder motor. Not top heavy at all.
Good power an easy on the petrol. In Japan it may be called somthing
else.
Good Luck

Thankyou for your reply.
I looked at the Nighthawk, it's a nice looking bike and only 286 pounds.

I'm still looking but that is a good find and one I'll consider.

I see you already ride a duel sport so here are supermotos that you might like. Here's what we have in the U.S. Im sure Japan has the same ones.
Yamaha: WRX250
Kawasaki: KLX 250SF
Honda: SL 230 but since you are already stepping up this might be to small for you.
Suzuki: DRZ 400sm
Several of these bikes have a very high seat height but you can shave the seats.

Sweetie how about the XR400 Motard?
The seat is a little high but you have long legs so it should be OK.
Have you gone to RB to see what they have in used bikes?

omygosh I LOVE IT!!
Really, really love it. And they have that model in Japan?
RB -Red Baron tends to have antique models for used bikes. But surely a new bike if its Japanese cant cost that much more.
Oh wow. I love that bike. Perfect
I will check out stats like seat height right away.

everyone and thanks Fumi sweetheart.

Checked with Red Baron and that color version is not available in Japan. We can get black with the gold tyres or red body black tyres.
They have 2 chuko models in stock down south at other branches. The black one is a 2008 model done only 100Km! Unbelievable, as good as new. They are asking 580 thousand yen which seems very reasonable. The red one they have is a 2005 model for 480.ooo done 29 thousand km. Seat is 85cm.

That white one was from the Japanese website.......
Why did someone trade in a bike with only 100 km?
Yes the seat height is 855mm(33.8") so you will probably be on the ball of your foot. Are you OK with not being able to completely flat foot anymore? The seat height is virtually the same as the KLX250 D-Tracker you test rode(not the dirt KLX250S which is 35" seat height). How did you feel with that?

The Kawasaki test ride was off road. I don't know about managing traffic signal stops and turns in heavy traffic on the ball of my foot. I am so use to being able to use my feet flat for balance when idling. I need to try another bike with that same seat height and have another thunk.
Those bikes were chuko. Can order a new one in white but they only have red and black chukos. I know that black one is going to be snapped up fast its so good value. Not my first choice for color though.
Conclusion: still thinking
