Where to buy CE-approved body armor inserts?

I've been looking online for a good place to buy CE-approved body armor (mainly hip armor that I can't find). Can't seem to find much, though.

Anyone know of a good place to buy armor? It doesn't have to be in the US (although that would be nice for S&H).

While I'm asking, how about a good place to shop for hard saddlebags for a Suzuki SV650?
