Last night me and a friend were out riding, He tells me I sould go to a Msf course to become a better rider and they will teach me how I brake is bad, I said ok. So here we are riding, I am up front and left he is in the back right. I am on my Buell and he is on his BMW. We go around a corner and this is 2 deers in the road, I hit the brakes(front only and het hit his ( front and rear) . Neither of us hit the deers but he want to know how I stop so fast. He said I was stop when he ws just starting two brake. I told him see it is not a bad thing to keep a finger over your brake. When I do this I think less about it and just do it.I am not telling anyone to ride like me, I have friends that race and they taught me to do this and it works, but frist you must learne how.

Well first off you saw them first...
And secondly Buells have great brakes!
Agreed though, a finger or two over the clutch/brake can help a lot in a panic situation or a sudden stop situation like that...

I always see things early, I get that from driving a truck for a living. The buells have some of the best brakes out there. I was not putting down the MSF I went there about 10 yrs ago, they are great, But now my friend knows why I keep one finger cover on the brake.
