One Week

What would you do if you only had one week to live? Buy a kickin old Norton Commando and ride across Canada!

It was a low budget Canauckistan movie but I liked it. 'Specilly cool when they showed the Norton at Tofino heading down this pier:

A nice cameo by Gord Downie from the hip and a lot of Canadiana bike trip stuff. Just in time for when the biking urge is peaking at the end of winter. Cool.

Most likely a group of tourist whale watchers dressed up in their survival suits. The ocean here is mighty cold, even in the summer, fall in and you risk hypothermia in minutes.
Always ask why.

Yes. It's a pretty limited release up here as are all made in Canada movies.

I did find this info but cannot find movie in stock. Blockbuster and Hollywood have no listing, Hastings can special order. Holly wood said that with March 6th as a release date it may be in stock by June, if they even get it at all.

Be careful as there was a movie with same title in 1920 (Buster Keaton) and another in 2003.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1104806/

http://www.oneweek.ca/movie (has same trailer as OP)

Also kinda bogus but still entertaining Brit biker flick:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0478154/

And Quentin Tarantino's new 1960s style biker flick w/Micheal Madison, Dennis Hopper (Easy Rider) and David Caradine (Kung Fu). (a lot of older bikes used in this movie, especially in background)

It's still in the theaters here in Canada so it will be a while before it is on video. Being a Canadian release there is only a snowballs chance in hell that it will be carried by the big American retailers. You'll likely have to get creative in order to find the video at all.

I don't want to build it up to more than it is, but it was made on a lot of the roads that I have ridden or regularily ride so it works for me
