Tank Pad

Do the typical tank pads do anything? I can find a bunch for a lot of different designs, but the same typical shape for the Hayabusa/B-King.

I've seen a B-King in Europe with a bra-like cover for the entire tank, but I haven't seen it in the states.

Yeah they help if you have a belt buckle or a zipper or a post on your pants.
I've seen the bra covers but only on Busas here. Have you checked with your local shops or other local riders?

Nah, haven't talked to other motorcyclists in person.

Maybe if I search for Busa Bra cover. Apparently, my tank and the 'busa are at the least similar - accounting for my enormous fake air intakes.

Get some gripster stick on sheets or stomp grip. Bra's let dust underneath and start rubbing at the paint's finish. The stick ons actually give you more grip in hard braking and in the twisties. just add one in the center to protect against a belt buckle if that's your thing.
