Troubleshooting a hose

#1 Unread post by mercurydreams »

On my way home from work tonight, everytime i would roll off the throttle, I could hear and feel a vibration like something was catching on the front part of the chain. When I got home I noticed a small, thin hose hanging loose. I can tell that it is still connected on the handlebar end, but with it being dark out I couldn't see where it popped off of. Any suggestions would be helpful. Oh the bike is a 09 kaw ex500.
Thanks

It's attached to the handlebar end? And it's a thin hose? I'm thinking it could be your vent tube that just popped out of the fairing, but it wouldn't be attached to the handlebars for sure...

at the very least it is headed in the direction of the handlebars. Until I can get the side faring removed on thursday to see where it goes in the daylight.
