I thought this was pretty cool, it looks more like a Hyper Motard :)

That is cool!! But what's with the Wilt Chamberlain 36" seat height?
If and when these bikes come down from their stratospheric price levels I would be first in line to buy one.

These were on the news (CNN) during the day at lunch at work. It was great to watch, but they didn't show much riding.

You know... If I could plug it at work - it would make my 42 miles each way - fuel free!!!! Or gas free anyway.

Seat height and price are both a bit of a problem though.

It says it's 35.5" but the bike is so narrow that it shouldn't be a problem. Also it only weights 225 lbs. It's probably similar to riding my KLX which has a seat height of 34.9" and weights about 275 lbs.

This has a better range in miles, but longer drive time and it has a higher top end speed.

I could commute on this.

Also, paint it red and it looks a lot like Canada's bike from Akira.
