I just watched a documentary which was made this year on the life of the Kawasaki's and they showed the new 600 and ZX14. They were riding them on Kawasaki's test track in Japan. There were three bikes they showed in the footage but did not mention the last one by name. This bike looked just like the 73 Z1 900 color and all, but with a four into two exhaust. This bike was being ridden by Kawasaki employees and shown on the track with the 600 and ZX14. Either someone has a older bike they use for fun or Kawasaki may be working on a new project. This bike looked like it was brand new. Did anyone see this documentary or have info on a new version of the Z1?

They still make something that looks like the Z-1 but they don't sell it here.

they still sell the air cooled 1100 Zeypher in Japan. sell alot of them too. basicly the same as it was in the eighties. lots have z1 900 retro color schemes too. bet thats what it ws.
