Numbers Xt 250

Hello
I have a XT 250 early years, pres 80,
strange engine & frame No
Frame 3Y5-000847
Engine 3Y5
On the 2 different block parts the same No: 4A 102
numbers have not been tampered with
Could anybody help me finding the history of this bike?
I got it in Phnom Penh; on the condition I could start it,
It did.
This was 2001
