I'm a new beginner and trying to buy my first bike! After a lot of considerations, I'm down to a choice between the new 2009 TU250X, or the Honda Rebel. I used the Rebel in my Apex training class, and really thought it was great - good seat height, etc. However, there are a lot of reasons for choosing the retro TU250X, including a larger fuel tank, fuel injection, etc.

When I sit on the Honda, I fall in love. With the TU250X, I'm trying to intellectually talk myself into it. Thoughts?!!

Which one fits the best? That should be your first consideration.

Got the Suzuki TU250X and it fits great. Plus the ride is "sweet"! More review to come once I've ridden it a bit longer - I'm still a newbie getting my feet wet in traffic!
