First post. Just found this forum today. I have been street riding for 2 weeks. My bike is a 2008 Honda Shadow Spirit. I live in Tampa, FL. It is mandatory in Florida for everyone to take an MSF Beginner Rider course before a motorcycle endorsement will be granted. Totally worth it. I recommend it to everyone, whether mandatory or not.
I love my bike and ride it every chance I get. I don't feel comfortable enough to take on rush hour traffic yet, so I haven't ridden it to work.
Right now my comfort zone ends at 60mph. No worries, I am not in any rush, I am just enjoying the ride.
