Pull her dam fingernails out with a pair of pliers, charge the blitch with vehicular manslaughter and give her a bus pass when she gets out of jail. Shoot her if she ever tries to drive a car again.

Unbelievable that there is even a chance she four get off. How about some sort of negligent homicide? And then pull her fingernails out.

I've always sworn that if I'm' hit by someone stupid like that and survive the accident, they won't... I can't believe this. Especially since she admitted she was painting her nails and didn't even see a Honda Shadow (might just be me but kinda hard to miss a 500 lb bike going putt putt putt putt right in front of you).
