Hi i'm looking for a place that i can do a project build out of. I've got a 1983 yamie xj750 that i'm going to turn into a rat bobber / art bike kinda thing...

I just need a place to start working on it! Needs to have power and light. I can keep Office hours but would prefer to come and go as I please...

Looking for a place in the vancouver BC, area....

willing to pay 250 more for a place if you have tools i can use....

shot in the dark really hope i find something before i have to build it under a tarp in the back yard.....

I'm about to open up shop under a tarp. I'll be working on a cb900c in my backyard in the hot, humid NC summer weather. Boy I feel manly.

I'd check the local want ads in nearby papers and storage facilities. Some folks rent out garage space. I keep my FXD in a storage facility myself. 8' x aprox. 18' for $74 USD/month.

those portable garages work in a pinch, a bit better then a tarp, you can put down some flagging/patio stones for a base and run some extension cord.
