After many trials and tribulations, my 1950 Harley Panhead has been totally overhauled. Does anyone know the initial settings for an adjustable main jet Bendix Carb? This carb does not have a choke.
Thanks!

Not really sure as i can't actually find the info,(I haven't set a Bendix in about 5 years) but 3-3-1/2 turns out rings a bell and 1-1/2 for pilot. (but this is for 5K altitude)
By the way why are you missing the choke? If you have a thunder jet installed the adjustment will be effected. If not Thunder jetted and missing choke shaft you will never be able to tune properly
