New (to me) bike

I bought a 2000 Kawasaki Concours last Tuesday and rode it home the next day. Or at least I started. I live 1900km from where I bought it, so it took me three days. I was in no hurry and stopped lots. Bike ran flawlessly, which is more than I can say for my riding skills. Stalled it twice when starting but quickly recovered. It is a very different bike than the one I learned on, Honda cm450e.

I love my Concours. I'd ride it anywhere.

Nice Connie, but it looks like you might have some problems with temporal stability around the swingarm pivot. If that fades into another dimension when your riding it, I bet it's gonna hurt.

Since I took that and several other pictures I realized that camera lenses, as with eye glasses need to be cleaned from time to time. Live and learn.

Very nice! I was thinking of getting one in my wandering in trying to figure out what my next bike would be.

I actually like the older ones better than the Concours 14. Seems like the older ones are about the right size (to me).
