Addressees:
The competition is for all those, wishing to join this action, on the website www.mivv.it. They shall send a MIVV exhaust picture fitted on their own bike, to the e-mail address donington.park@mivv.it.

Duration:
The competition will take place from July 6th to July 22th

Competition subject and participation method:
The competitors shall send an e mail to the address donington.park@mivv.it, to take part in the competition.
The e- mail shall contain only one MIVV exhaust picture fitted on the bike. The best picture, which will be chosen, will receive two Paddock free passes for the Moto GP competition of Donington Park on July 26th 2009. The mail shall contain also following data:

* Name
* Surname
* Address
* City
* ZIP code
* E-mail address
* Phone number
* Exhaust model

Should be above data missing, the participation to the competition will be revoked.

Every competitor sending this e-mail will gives automatically his own consent, to receive MIVV newsletters and to let publish the pictures on the website.
On the selection day, which will be on July 22th 2009, MIVV will choose the best picture; then it will inform the winner through its website, how to collect the tickets

Prizes:
MIVV Metal Industria Val Vibrata S.p.A guarantees prize award i.e. two Paddock free passes, which will give direct access to the Honda Hospitality Area for Moto GP competition in Donington Park on July 26th 2009, according to the regulation. The winner, who couldn’t or wouldn’t like to use the prize, won’t have any right to receive any sum.

As concerns best picture’s choice, MIVV judgment is not disputable.

All trip charges as far as the destination, are up to the winner.

Privacy:
All personal data will be processed by MIVV Metal Industria Val Vibrata S.p.A. in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy code) art.13
