Does anyone have a cross over chart from American fork oil to japanese and Euro fork oil??

I need to know what the weight of types B(medium light),E(medium weight) and SE (medium heavy) fork oils are.

Thanks, Amsoil called for 10WT to replace E or B, and that just didn't sound right.
