So does anyone here ride any other types of two wheeled fun other than a motorcycle? Scooter?, Mtn. bike?, road bike?

I have been an avid cyclist since i can remember. More into mountain biking than anything else really, but i'd never say no to go for a good road ride. I recently just got my old job back at a bike shop so we have ample bikes to "test" new designs and products for companies that we sell so we can give feed back. Its a pretty cool program actually, wish i had the same kind of connections for motorcycles....

I'm big into road biking. I almost have more into my triathlon bike than my V-strom

I first started BMX then got into road biking and racing then Mtn. Biking, now I just discovered downhill.

I was shocked to see some downhill bikes costing as much as Ninja 250s.

When i sold my downhill race rig it was worth 1500 more than my 650r

I bought a cheap Walmart mtn. bike recently and started riding it with my son around the neighborhood and some trails i have made for the dirtbike around my house. Now that I have gotten in some riding and found the faults of the cheapo bike I started looking for something a little more trail worthy. Lucky for me I found a Univega Alpine 700,which is a LOT better then my $80 Wally World bike, asked the owner if he wanted to sell it, and he just gave it to me for free.
I got a good cousin. He moved to Texas and has upgraded to another bike leaving this one behind. Now it's mine. All it needs is new tires and tubes.
Gonna keep the wallybike and upgrade the brakes, it's major fault, and maybe put a rigid front fork on it. ( cheap front suspension doesn't last long with 200+ lbs. on it.) Maybe my bro will start riding trails with me on it.
